By submitting content, you (or, if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agrees Sponsor shall own the content submitted (including all rights embodied therein) and that it and its designees may exploit all elements of such content in any and all online media now known or not currently known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notification to, or permission of you or any third party. The Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify, copy, disseminate or dispose of any content, the concepts embodied therein or any elements thereof, proper names, likenesses, addresses and locations, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media throughout the world in perpetuity, in accordance with the terms herein without permission of, or compensation or notification to you of any kind, except as prohibited by law.
You understand and agree that you are herby releasing all rights, title and interest in and to any photograph, likeness, voice, and performance which Sponsor and those acting under their authority, may create under these terms and conditions. You expressly release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, agents, employees and those acting under its authority, from any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the content. This release shall be binding upon your heirs, administrators, executors and assigns.
